Each individual may hold exactly one ch555 account. Operating more than one account — under the same name, a different name, the same mobile number, or any other combination — is a serious breach. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ch555 may take any or all of the following actions:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close all accounts associated with that individual.
• Void and forfeit all bonuses, free spins, and pending winnings across all accounts.
• Retain any deposits made pending investigation.
• Report the activity to relevant financial institutions if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials, including your username and password. ch555 will never request your password via email or live chat. Any activity carried out using your correct credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously notified ch555 that your credentials may have been compromised.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

All deposits must be made using payment methods approved by ch555. The following channels are available to Bangladesh players:

• Withdrawals are processed only to accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• Any active bonus funds or pending wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal request can be approved. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being voided.

• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, RNG systems, game mechanics, or payment infrastructure.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine manual human play.
• Colluding with other players or dealers to gain an unfair advantage, including card counting, signalling, or information sharing during live dealer sessions.
• Registering, depositing, or placing bets on behalf of another person, including acting as an agent or intermediary for a third party.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ch555 support staff or any other Platform user via any channel.
